In August, Court Street Gallery (414 Court St., Saginaw, MI 48602) will host Saginaw artist and educator Bill Chaltraw, who will teach classical drawing techniques to beginning and intermediate students. Using pencil, charcoal, watercolor, and mixed media, participants will focus on observational drawing and portraits. Chaltraw is well known as an inspirational art teacher at Heritage High School in Saginaw.
