As the Boomer generation retires and the Millenial generation begins to enter the workforce, an opportunity has arisen for volunteers to lead a change movement within our communities. This lecture will cover the challenges and successes of service organizations from around the United States and within Michigan. Also, learn how to lead through collaboration and engage citizens to become innovative within their communities.
